Thank you for your prayers!
Employees of our mission, brothers from Rivne, arrived safely in Kyiv with three cars and yesterday were able to deliver humanitarian aid to many in need. On Saturday morning, together with the brothers from Kyiv, they went on their first trip from Kyiv to Chernihiv to deliver aid and evacuate people.
Please pray for the Lord to bless this work and to keep all participants. All drivers risk their lives to save the victims. They are in danger of being hit by shells and deliberate shelling by the occupiers, in danger of unknowingly entering the territory of hostilities or minefields, in danger of vehicle breakdowns in the middle of the field, in danger of crashing on the road due to stress and fatigue. Brothers are only able to overcome all these threats with our prayers and the power of Christ, who loved us and set an example of love when He laid down His life for his brothers.
Another minivan, that went to the Dnipropetrovsk region to the church of our Association in Kamyanske, broke down on the way there. The local brothers towed him to Kryvyi Rih and hosted our staff very warmly. As soon as the car is repaired, the brothers will continue their journey immediately, because their goal is to help people in Mariupol and Zaporizhia. They are also in great need of our prayers.
We pray and weep because the cry of Mariupol from the cruelty of the invaders really rises to heaven. People are exhausted from hunger, thirst, dehydration, hypothermia, etc. The wounded are bleeding without any access to a doctor and nurse. There are no painkillers for them even to take the edge off the pain.
Heavy weapons keep crashing the stone walls of the buildings and houses, it blows everything up and burns all living and nonliving things. Unfortunately, the hell of the war has spread to more than one city of Mariupol, and we beg the Lord of heaven and earth to change the course of events and free the people of Ukraine from this terrible disaster.
