At Becoming a Disciple-Maker, both in Chile and around the world, we believe that effective disciple-making is built on the foundation of Christ-centered relationships, not merely academic lectures. Our workshops, while they may seem large-scale, are designed to equip pastors and leaders who will then return to their local churches and implement a more intimate approach: small groups of 10-12 people.
These 12-week small group training sessions offer a welcoming and supportive environment where participants feel comfortable sharing, learning, and growing together. Unlike traditional classroom settings, these gatherings foster open dialogue, allowing individuals to delve into the Word of God and learn from each other’s experiences. Experienced disciple-makers can provide invaluable guidance and encouragement to those new to the role, creating a strong sense of teamwork and support.
This relational approach is essential for equipping believers to confidently share the love of God with the world and to personally care for new converts. By investing in these small group training sessions, we are empowering leaders to become catalysts for spiritual growth and multiplication within their local churches.
