Disciple-Making Workshop Facilitators

This Sunday, I will be leaving for ***** where IEA’s team will be equipping approximately 260 Spanish-speaking Christian leaders from numerous countries. They will be conducting Disciple-Making Workshops in teams-of-two throughout their regions. Each of these facilitators will covenant with the Lord and each other to lead quarterly workshops for the next three years.
The spiritual multiplication takes place as each participating denomination enlists their churches to each conduct two or more small groups of 10 annually. The 24 months of seminary level instruction prepares each church’s most dedicated members to personally witness and disciple all the new believers and other new members who join their church. Each team-of-two workshop facilitators being trained in ***** will equip from 120 to 200 small group leaders annually. Then, those small group leaders will each equip 10 or more highly dedicated disciple-makers annually. As those many lifestyle disciple-makers each pray daily for the opportunity to share their faith and personally disciple those who respond – it becomes difficult to keep up with the numbers. Only our Lord can actually know the increasing quantity of new believers who are sincerely placing their faith in Him – and that’s what truly matters!

“Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop, some multiplying thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times.”
(Mark 4:8)
The ministry the churches will be having in ******, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, Ecuador, Columbia, Chile, and Bolivia will be by far the most natural and least expensive approach for them to effectively fulfill the Great Commission, so 2020 looks exciting!
Please join us in praying that God will greatly use this decade’s intentional return to the early church’s disciple-making methodology. Thanks for your faithful intercession.
