Prayers as We’re On to Asia

Your intersession over our last four weeks of ministry in Germany and Spain has been deeply appreciated. We were wonderfully blessed with excellent participation, good health, and safe travel. In Germany, about 50 churches sent their selected leaders to the Disciple-Making Workshops, and in Spain about 180 churches participated in five cities. Having taught and preached for 34 hours to over 200 pastors and about 1,500 lay leaders, we were highly pleased with last month’s vision casting results. We have just placed an order for 6,500 Spanish Student Packs for Spain’s first participating churches, many of which will initiate their 12 weeks of training this September. We also anticipate having between 300 and 500 trainees in Germany during this same time period.

Asia
This morning, I am en route to Manila to speak four times to different leadership groups. All of those trained will be participating in next February’s Metro Manila Celebration with Will Graham. The following week, our team will be leading a full day Disciple-Making Workshop for the Great Commission Alliance pilot churches in Thailand. This will be followed by addressing the Discipleship Summit in Calgary, Canada July 27th-29th. These next three-weeks have strategic Great Commission potential and several hundred Christian pastors and lay leaders have pre-registered for Becoming A Disciple-Maker’s leadership instruction.
