For Disciple-Makers
For Community Admins
It’s really all about effective management and accountability in administering the disciple-making lifestyle, (notice we don’t say program), in your church, school, or organization, in a manner that is consistent with your current reality.
Let’s start with the basics… when it comes to one-on-one, life-on-life training of a younger believer, men are doing to disciple men, and women are going to disciple women. The small group component, which serves to get your disciple-makers ready to minister, “Becoming a Disciple-Maker,” is usually co-ed. So, with a smaller church, school, or organization, just one community account/admin is enough in the digital space.
For larger bodies of believers, you may need to organize your disciple-making ministry into young adult, seniors, etc. disciple-making “communities” with an admin/coordinator in the digital platform for each age group. There are no hard and fast rules to this – just suggestions for overall effective oversight and accountability as you minister to everyone.
With that said, whatever structure of organization works for your context, and the relationships of your members, just structure your digital “communities” and admins in the same manner.
